TDA SMILES FOUNDATION MISSION

To improve access to oral healthcare for the underserved of Texas and to educate the public and profession about oral health. 

 

At the Texas Dental Association Smiles Foundation (TDASF), we’re committed to transforming smiles and changing lives throughout Texas.  The TDA Smiles Foundation is dedicated to supporting the future of dentistry and improving oral health across Texas. Each year, the Foundation awards scholarships to second-year dental students at all four Texas dental schools and sponsors a featured Lecturer at the TDA Annual Meeting. Committed to advancing education and outreach, the Foundation also funds initiatives that educate both the public and the dental profession. Additionally, through our grant program, we offer financial support to Texas Mission of Mercy events in need and to other Texas-based nonprofits that share our mission to expand access to oral health care.
